Implants:
Dental implants are devices aimed at replacing teeth and creating, either in the upper maxilla or in the jaw, stable support structures, resistant and effective, upon which to fit a prosthesis for the purposes of returning to the partially or totally edentulate patient, adequate function and aesthetic.

NOBEL-GUIDE SYSTEM. Minimally Invasive Surgery:
Nobel Biocare’s “Nobel Guide” system is the latest in implantology. It enables us to precisely plan the insertion of the implants, through three dimensional models of the patient’s bone. Once planned, we produce a surgical guide, which facilitates the exact insertion of the implants, without stitches, practically without post-operative discomfort for the patient, and with the attachment of the teeth within one hour. The patient returns to his or her activities without functional or aesthetic disruption after one short session.

Periodontics (micro-surgery):
Many people do not realise how common periodontal diseases are (around the teeth) which begin by damaging the gums. Three out of every four adults have some form of this disease. In the majority of cases, it does not cause pain and therefore, the problem goes unnoticed. However, its early detection and treatment are extremely important, as periodontal disease ends the life of the tooth (mobility, infection, extraction).

Endodontics:
Endodontic treatment covers all those procedures aimed at maintaining the health of the dental pulp or part of same.
When the pulp is irreversibly affected by deep caries or trauma, the tooth becomes sensitive to cold, heat, or mastication. The pain may be intermittent or constant. The tooth may even change colour or a swelling may appear. Root canal treatment (endodontics) may also be advised on teeth which require exhaustive shaping for the subsequent attachment of crowns or bridges.

Orthodontics:
Orthodontics is a dentistry specialty which deals with the correction of the teeth and poorly positioned bones. Teeth in their incorrect positions and which do not adequately articulate with others are difficult to keep clean, run the risk of early loss due to caries and periodontal disease, and cause extra pressure on the mastication muscles which can generate headaches, TMJ syndrome and discomfort in the neck, shoulders and back. In addition, twisted teeth or poorly positioned teeth compromise our aesthetic appearance.

Lingual Orthodontics:
Orthodontics, like all sciences, has evolved and advanced thanks to the tireless work of researchers around the world. This is how, 20 years ago, a totally invisible system was born: Lingual Orthodontics, a technique which consists in placing all the brackets or braces on the inner side of the teeth, leaving the visible surfaces free of accessories.

Invisalign "Invisible Orthodontics":
Invisalign® is an orthodontic method with which malocclusions are corrected using almost invisible splints, removable and mass produced, known as Aligners.
Through a new computerised procedure, ClinCheck, you can preview the course of the treatment and its results.

ZOOM® professional dental whitening (laser):
Nowadays we can use diverse techniques, treatments and materials, to guarantee our patients a pleasing appearance, and one of these procedures is dental whitening.
As in all treatments, in this one a precise evaluation of the patient must be undertaken to determine the pigmentation of their teeth. Genetically every person has the colour of their teeth determined. In some patients it is darker than in others, tending to be grey or yellow. This natural colour cannot be changed through whitening techniques, what is possible is to lighten the shade within the same colour range.

Prosthesis:
The immediate replacement of lost teeth is very important to our health. With the exception of the four wisdom teeth, any tooth loss has negative implications on the rest. And it will not only affect our mouth, but can involve the ears, neck, jaw, obstruct mastication of food... even detracting from the effectiveness of mastication, with consequences both functional and organic.

Treatment of temporomandibular join disorder (TMJ):
The Temporomandibular Joint is responsible for connecting the lower maxilla to the cranium and for the movement of the jaw. Hence its great importance in all oral function, and the reason why this joint is a surprisingly frequent cause of consultation, causing: joint noise (clicks or cracks) when opening and closing the mouth, limited opening (trismus), earache, toothache and other diverse types of facial pain.

Digital Radiography:
We have a digital x-ray system which sensibly reduces the patient’s exposure to x-rays, as well as eliminating waiting times as the x-rays can be viewed immediately on the computer screen.
The new digital radiography allows us to take dental x-rays quicker, more precisely and with less radiation for the patient. This innovative system consists in a radiographic sensor which is connected to a computer, via which different programmes permit the evaluation of images with great analytical diversity.

INJEX System (needle-free injection):
This system is an alternative to the use of conventional syringes on the part of dentists, as it permits the pain-free administration of anaesthesia in the front part of the mouth, removing the psychological barriers of patients.
Another advantage of this system is its safety, as it permits professionals to apply anaesthesia directly and exactly, without risk of infection through chance shots and without damaging the tissue as needles can do.

Hyaluronic Acid:
As a complement to treatments in the field of dentistry itself, we also have the possibility of providing our patients with an increase in lip volume and the filling of nasogenian grooves, thanks to hyaluronic acid, with excellent cosmetic results.
It is injected superficially into the skin, entering the tissue naturally without producing any foreign body reaction and, therefore, without altering the characteristics of the skin. What’s more, it has a beneficial effect on same by providing greater hydration and adding volume to the skin. In other words, it acts through tissue filling and moisturising.
