Nobel Biocare’s “Nobel Guide” system is the latest in implantology. It enables us to precisely plan the insertion of the implants, through three dimensional models of the patient’s bone. Once planned, we produce a surgical guide, which facilitates the exact insertion of the implants, without stitches, practically without post-operative discomfort for the patient, and with the attachment of the teeth within one hour. The patient returns to his or her activities without functional or aesthetic disruption after one short session.
It consists, then, in a minimally invasive implantological surgical technique thanks to the “NOBEL GUIDE®” System, which produces a faithful, three dimensional reproduction of the maxillas. By so doing, perfect pre-surgical planning is made possible, post-operative symptoms are minimised (inflammation, bleeding, pain, etc.), reducing the operation time and, in indicated cases, even permitting the attachment of an immediate provisional resin prosthesis.
